Rachel Stevens

I’m a wife, mum to 3 teenagers, daughter, sister, friend, Registered Nurse, Life Coach, Entrepreneur, Student, Volunteer and a life long devotee to adding value to people’s lives. I have always enjoyed running, pilates and yoga and I am a member of the local surf club. Due to the busyness of life, I regularly see the difficulty of putting oneself first. For 20 years, I’ve been researching through all the contradicting information published, so that I can summarize and share my simple healthy steps to creating a healthy lifestyle.

I am 46 years old now and finally, I feel confident with my relationship with food and my body. To be honest with you, I had a life long battle with my mindset about food, weight, body image and exercise, etc.. I struggled with an eating disorder, until one day, I had enough of starving myself. I began to realize, that it was about knowledge! I then went on a crusade of learning about nutrition, mindset and exercise. I completed a basic nutritional course, NLP practitioner and Master transformational coaching to acquire the knowledge I needed to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I have collected a lifetime of knowledge for people to access today.

Blue zones life expectancy!

A healthy BMI is exactly what everyone should be aiming for in life. We will show you how to measure your BMI and what is required for you to achieve and maintain this consistently.

We believe everyone should be a citizen of the Blue Zones. If you are citizen in one of the 5 Blue Zones, then you are living in a region, whereby people live longer, happier and healthier lives than the average person. Who wouldn’t want that? We sure do!

Balance equals permanent changes!

We can show you the healthy steps, however you will need to do the work yourself. By work, I mean a shift in your mental attitude. No permanent change can come if you do not realise, firstly you must accept change and secondly, that the changes you will be making have to align with your beliefs, values and a respect for yourself.

Let us share this exciting journey of change with you. We will explore all that we have experienced ourselves through our own personal health journeys plus through the sifting through the scholarly works dedicated to health from many experts.

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below and we will be more than happy to help you out.

All the best,

Sonia Tremblay and Rachel Stevens
